Welcome to Alchemy! Please note:

1. If you are a first-time Alchemy user, listen up: 
Alchemy is NOT an HTML editor (although it *does* have 
a very nice one built in)! Please read the Overview 
section of the manual BEFORE you try to create a project,
or you will not be a happy camper. You can pick up the 
basics in the first few paragraphs, it will only take you 
five minutes, and it will save you hours of frustration. 
Don't you *dare* send us tech support e-mail if you 
haven't read the Overview (and we'll know, believe me!).

2. Please make sure you have a WINSOCK.DLL available 
before starting the application; Alchemy will not run
without it. For example, if you are using Trumpet 
Winsock, load TCPMAN.EXE before starting Alchemy.
